Get to Know Us
Here at Arts for the Heart, we strive to help people find peace, joy and connection through music, dance and art. We support groups, such as senior centers and youth organizations, to provide activities. These activities are usually free of charge or at-cost, including sing-alongs, crafts, face painting, or art kits.
Arts for the Heart was created during the Covid-19 pandemic, when our communities experienced increased stress, depression and anxiety. The founder realized that creative outlets dramatically supported her mental well-being, and set out to provide more opportunities for others in the community.
Services
We work with the partner organization to customize what we do to fit their needs. We are based in Walnut, California and serve the San Gabriel Valley area.
Sing-Alongs & Caroling
Whether it's holiday caroling, bringing back tunes from the 60s, or leading children's songs, we offer fun, free sing-alongs.
Creative & Crafty
Through fundraising, we provide coloring and/or origami kits for groups like hospitals, residential homes or sheriff's stations.
Face Painting
We provide free face painting activities for nonprofits helping young people in our community.
